Inspections
Multi-Treatments Ltd carry out Inspections and estimates at their earliest convenience within a 30 mile radius of Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The company is pleased to offer you a diagnosis and explain the remedy required to cure the associated problems with the property and give you an estimate for the work, during their visit.
We provide a full written report and estimate.
The company charges the following amounts for Inspections:

Standard Tanking Inspection - £195 - (Our competitors charge £495)

Standard Damp Proof Inspection - £75

Standard Timber Inspection (provided there is suitable access to under floor areas) - £75
Timber Sub Floor Inspection (where an access trap has to be cut-out & made good) - £95
Cavity Wall Tie Inspection (includes cavity cut-out to inspect wall ties & make good) - £95
All Inspections must be paid for either prior to Inspection or at actual time of Inspection. (Payments welcome by cash or cheques payable to Multi -Treatments Ltd).
Up to £50 is fully refundable to you (off the estimated cost of the work should you decide to use our services) and we carry out the work within six months from date of the written report & estimate.
Guarantees
Most building societies and mortgage lenders will only allow remedial work to be carried out by a contractor or company who can offer a 20 year bonded guarantee. Multi-Treatments Ltd are please to offer you these benefits at a small additional cost to the work carried out.*
*Estimates for remedial work usually do not include the insurance premium for the bonded guarantee but will be supplied by the Inspection or on request.
The insurance premium is usually around 5% - 10% of the cost of the remedial work
