All Multi-Treatments Ltd work is covered by our own twenty year comprehensive guarantee for labour, materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that any remedial work fails – we will endeavor to correct the failure as soon as possible.
In addition, we can offer you the choice of an insurance backed twenty year guarantee.
20 year Insurance Backed Guarantees
All our work can be, if desired, protected by an insurance backed guarantee, which is underwritten by Property Guarantee Administration Limited. For a reasonable one off insurance premium this offers complete peace of mind for the future and if you decide to move house, the insurance backed guarantee is transferable to the new owners. You, the house owner are protected against failure of the remedial work and failure of the contractor or company who initially carried out the remedial work.
Most building societies and mortgage lenders will only allow remedial work to be carried out by a contractor or company who can offer this type of bonded guarantee. Multi-Treatments Ltd are pleased to offer you these benefits at a small additional cost to the work carried out.*
*Estimates for remedial work usually do not include the insurance premium for the bonded guarantee but will be supplied by the Inspection or on request.
The insurance premium is usually around 5% - 10% of the cost of the remedial work.
